Eights Consulting provides transition support to leaders who are managing various change scenarios:

  • Corporate Reorganization: Huge change is frequently created due to new leadership, M&A activity, and/or organization restructuring.  Each of these activities frequently results in a shift in business strategies. Change can be managed effectively or chaotically. The impact to employee satisfaction scores and turnover, bottom line results, and even share price, can be significant when change is mis-managed. 

  • M&A Corporate Integration: During my tenures at P&G, Munchkin Inc., and Vtech, I participated in and later guided the combining of different corporate cultures due to M&A activity. I can assist in both the planning and execution of M&A activity, turning confusion, chaos, and disruption into an exciting new culture that is accepting of and energized by the opportunities created by change and rapid growth. 

  • Senior Leadership Change: Leadership Team changes are inevitable. Often these involve long term players, sometimes pioneers and founders, who have had a strong and lasting impact and who may be exiting. I specialize in coaching leaders and leadership teams, toward productive and graceful transitions for both outgoing and incoming leaders.
